Know where the data lives
Store changing application data in a volume instead of relying on the container’s writable layer. Replacing a container should not replace its content.
Back up related files together
For a portfolio, the content database and uploaded images belong in the same recovery plan. An article record without its screenshots is an incomplete restoration.
Try a restoration
Restore a copy into a separate environment. Check the pages and images before treating the backup as usable. Retain the original while testing.
